Huw

Huw was imported from Wales GB at 12 weeks of age in September of 1994. He was bred by Diana Mathias and Doris Mason. He was co-owned by myself and Lynne O'Connor. Huw was shown to his Championship by Mike Scott who put three majors on him and several Best Of Breeds. He finished his American Championship on his second birthday. Huw has now retired and is living in Salsalito California with Nikki and Tony.Before moving out there he sired a few litters and has a daughter Angie whose mom was Ch Alcyndon Bellatrix. Angie was in Dog World last year as having top scores in obedience with her owner handler Judy Luce. His daughter Alys lives in Texas with Nancy And Darryl Wright and has just delivered a litter of five girl puppies sired by Dwynella Black Benny. We kept Tresaiths Tea Cadi from her fist litter who is now three and has just had her second litter. Cadi earned her Novice Agility title between the two litters so Huw has offspring out there doing well in Performance. His daughter Georgie owned and bred by Lynne O'Connor also was just bred to Champion Wee Folk Tis Himself [Paddy].

Huw and sister Bethan enjoy the good life in Salsalito going downstairs to work with Nikki and enjoying plenty of walks along the waters edge..

August 17th 2006 we are sad to report Huw's heart gave out ,at 12 years old,and he died while living with our daughter Nikki and her family in Rogers Arkansas. It was a very sad day for them all and Bethan missed him terribly as they had been best buddies for so long.
